Q1. What services does Nassau Clinic offer?

Q2. When is Nassau Clinic open?
We're open Thursday 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Book online at a time that suits you.
Q3. Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
We recommend booking in advance where possible, it helps us keep waiting times short. If something urgent has come up, give us a call and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Q4. Is everything completely confidential?
Yes. Nassau Clinic is a private practice and your confidentiality is our priority. Your records are kept privately and are not shared with your GP, employer, or anyone else without your explicit consent. The only exception is a legal obligation to report anonymised data on certain notifiable diseases to the HPSC — this is never linked to your personal details.
Q5. Do I need a referral to visit Nassau Clinic?
No referral is needed. Nassau Clinic is a private practice, so you can book directly with us at any time. Simply book your appointment online or give us a call.
Q6. Do you see children?
We welcome patients aged 8 and over. If you're looking for care for a younger child, we'd recommend speaking with your GP or a dedicated paediatric service.
Q7. Do you accept private health insurance?
Nassau Clinic is a private practice, with consultations payable at the time of your visit. Depending on your provider and policy, you may be able to claim reimbursement through your private health insurance. We recommend checking your cover before your appointment.
